3. Before entering the dust-free room, it is necessary to take off shoes in the specified place. And place shoes in the shoe cabinet. Put the outfit in the wardrobe. Put personal things in the private cabinet. And no food can be placed in the cabinet.
4. After wear well the face mask, dust-free cap, dust-free clothes and shoes cover.Then wash dust in air shower room and walk though the dust-removing carpet. Finally you can enter the dust-free room.
5. Please wear the mask over the nose to cover the nostrils. So thatyou will not pollute the chip when breathing.
6. Please to take care your hair and clothes before wear dust-free clothes. Beacuse you cannot's adjust it if you feel uncomfortable.
7. After making the clean neat appearance, then wear dust-free cap.
(1) The hair must be completely covered in the cap and must not be exposed.
(2) the dust-free cap should be placed above the two shoulder.
8. After wear well dust-free cap. Ther wear dust-free clothes. Please make sure the size of clothes is perfect. And don't let your hands or legs out of the clothes.Please pay attention, don't get your dust-free clothes on backwards.
9. After wearing clean clothes, then wear shoe covers. Please make sure your pants are stuffed inside of shoe covers.
10. When wearing gloves, we should avoid touching hands and finger tips (to prevent sodium pollution). After wearing gloves, we should place gloves inside the sleeves. So as to isolate the source of pollution.
11. After wearing well dust-free suit,then wash dust in air shower room and walk though the dust-removing carpet. Finally enter the dusr-free room.
12. No matter entering or leaving the dust-free room, it is required to take off the dust-free clothes in the dressing room. Can't not take off dust-free clothes in other areas or wear while walking in the dust-free room.
13. Dust-free clothes, shoe coves etc. should be cleaned regularly. Any breakage or off line, dust-free clothes should be changed.
14. The order about take-off dust-free clothes is opposite to that of the wear.
15. The dust-free clothes should be lifted and placed in the upper closet of the dressing room, and the shoe covers should be placed under the dust-free clothes.
16. Prohibit to put any other goods in cabinet except dust-free suit.
17. Except for the paper and articles allowed. All other goods should not be brought into the dust-free room.
18. Dust-free clothes shall not be carried out of the dust-free room. Please put in the prescribed place after take-off.
19. Masks and gloves can be storaged by yourself or reused.
20. Anything be took into a dust-free room, must be wiped clean with alcohol.
21. Please tell the manager if you need take some things into dust-free room. And make sure these things has been wiped by alcohol.
22. Prohibit to use the equipment that did not pass the examination of the instrument. In emergency situation, take steps in accordance with the emergency treatment.Such as turn off the water, electricity, gas.
23. Dust-free room cannot use fire to avoid accidents.
